134.6

In spite of Valentine's Day, I managed to lose 1.2 pounds last week. I didn't reach my goal of 134 by Valentine's Day, but I'm awfully close! This week my goals are to:

1. run 20 miles
2. eat vegetables with lunch and dinner
3. only eat at meal and snack times

Keep it up girl! I'll try to do those goals, too--although running 20 miles in one week might just kill me. I just got back from "running" I think about maybe 1.5-2.0 miles and thought I was a superhero. Veggies for lunch and dinner is a great and nutritious filler. Maybe we could also not eat after 8:00pm? That's a biggie for me...P.S. I would give anything to be 135 pounds--right now I tip the scales at almost 165.

Ok, I am sharing my excitement with you both- I lost 2.2 pounds last week. One week down...15+ to go. Good job to you!!!

I don't admit my weight to my children, husband, or anyone. Therefore I feel you're very brave. I will say we weigh around the same, so I'm going to add on to my daily YMCA routine with some of your great ideas--you are an inspiration to me. I've got 10 mandatory lbs left and 5 vanity ones. We can do it! Swimsuits, here we come!
