Busy!

I've neglected to post in a while partly because our regular computer has been disconnected while we work on our office, and partly because I haven't been taking pictures, and I don't think blogs aren't as interesting without pictures. But here's what we've been up to:

1. Jerry's dad came to visit us for a week. While he was here, he and Jerry cleaned and stained the fence, painted a couple rooms, cleaned out the garage,planted flowers, and installed some built-in cabinets for our office. We also got to see Jerry's aunt Joanne. It was fun to have them, and we are always so grateful for the help!

2. T-ball with Darren. The weather has been beautiful, and we have enjoyed watching Darren's first season. Last week, he was awarded the game ball. It's kind of funny to watch Darren because he runs kind of weird in his cleats. We yell, "Run, Darren, Run" along with everyone else, and it reminds me of Forrest Gump.

3. CLAIRE IS POTTY-TRAINED!!! She decided she wanted to wear underwear one day about a month ago, and has been accident free ever since!

4. Miles is crawling, growling, and saying Da-Da. He also has one tooth now.

5. Last weekend we went camping with our ward. It was Miles' first time, and he loved it. The kids went to bed really late, but slept through the night.

6. On Saturday night, Jerry and I saw Wynonna Judd sing with the Ft. Worth Symphony. She was fabulous! She only did a couple of her songs - the rest were well-known classic pop songs. She is my favorite vocalist.

Yea, I like to wear brown a lot, too. It's interesting that I came across this on a friend's blog, because I have always associated colors with people when I think about them - weird, I know. So, if you read my blog, take the quiz so I can see what color you really are!
